Netflix is partnering up with The Blackhouse Foundation for a nonfiction producing fellowship, a year-long program giving rising producers passionate about telling stories from underrepresented perspectives the hands-on training, mentorship, and experience to help advance their film and TV production careers. 

Five participants will be selected to each work directly on a production under the Netflix Nonfiction Film and Series teams, which includes unscripted, documentary and sports. 

Fellows will also participate in masterclasses, attend meet and greets with industry executives and gain individual coaching from award-winning creative executives.
