candice birthday fund!

I don’t typically throw Candice huge birthday parties but this year is a milestone birthday! Candice Sweet 16th! I want to make it a memorable birthday! Candice will be able to work a job without a permit, Candice will be old enough to have a driver’s license my baby is growing up.
