I have an idea for a series that I want to develop and nothing is holding me back from making it happen. Even though I’m out here living check to check. I still have this. I can start planning now because I get my income taxes in February or March depending on any unforeseen circumstances. I will shoot for March to start filming this pilot/proof of concept. I want to go to SXSW in March so I will plan my filming schedule accordingly.

I don’t know about you but for the last few years, I have enjoyed creating a vision board. I recently saw one creator making a digital version & I believe that is what I am going to try this year. Candice & I will use our iPad Airs and create our vision board.

I want to see where I am going to the best of my abilities. I want to envision myself being everywhere I want to go & doing everything I want to do. There is nothing that can stop me but God. I feel like God will let me see this through. I have a lot of angels with me.

There is a lot of planning that goes into having an idea for something, well anything that you want to accomplish. You can freestyle it yeah but "By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail". Give yourself a fair opportunity to succeed.

My idea is to have a black woman who is tired of the world around her and has an unexpected opportunity to do something about it by accidentally winning a 2 Billion dollar lottery jackpot. I am inspired by afro surrealism like what Donald Glover’s team did in Atlanta or almost anything Boots Riley creates. Being able to not only create a world that is science fiction yet real is so intriguing to me.

I want to immerse my viewers into a world of entertainment and endless possibilities from the POV of the lead character her friends and her team.

For 2024, I have declared to just go for more. I will do everything that I want to do. I want to bring my series to life. I am going to document my journey to making this happen. I will go through each chapter of this process.
